Job Description: In this role you are responsible of Product Information Management OTI (Order to invoice) area in our client’s (in media sector) Front Office Solutions team. You define stories and prioritize the team backlog, while ensuring that development follows the strategy and maintains the conceptual and technical integrity of the features. You are also capable to lead small projects on OTI (Order to invoice) area. We expect you to have knowledge and experience in the SAP Order to invoice area.

You will work closely with OTI Domain Owner, OTI development teams as well as business stakeholders. In this role we expect you to have also technical understanding of solutions of the domain to drive our OTI area development to the next level with the development team.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years work experience as Product Owner or in a comparable role

• Knowledge and experience in the SAP Order to invoice area

• Experience working in an international setting with distributed application development teams

• Demonstrated cross functional knowledge and collaboration, i.e. ability to look at the end to end process and understand how it fits together.

• Knowledge of SAP SD/MM/FI modules is a good to have

• Being a good sparring partner for Product Information Management directors as well as process experts/key users

Assignment Description:

Key support behind successful facilitation
Developing prototypes and visualisation of facilitation outcome
Allows for swift continuation of ideas following the facilitation
Competence development and support for facilitation network
Skilled in remote facilitation solutions
Preprepared packages to ensure strong facilitation outcomes
Present in all high level facilitation to allow facilitators to focus and adjust on the fly
Consistency of support and expanding company knowledge

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience with UX Design
Experience with developing prototypes
Strong communication skills
Strong feeling of Team Work.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Remote work: Some remote may be possible, main place of work needs to be done onsite in Lund.
